How it works
- Buy via Stripe. Order one charge per workstation. Multi-buy is fine.
- Tenant setup (1-2 days). We provision your SentinelOne tenant and configure baseline policy.
- Agent rollout. Push agents via RMM if available, or remote install. Confirm healthy check-in.
- Tuning week. We watch alerts and tune exclusions for your apps. False positives drop fast.
- Handoff. Console credentials, exclusion list, and escalation path documented for your IT lead.
Frequently asked questions
What does the monthly license cost on top?
SentinelOne licenses run roughly $5-7 per seat per month, billed by SentinelOne or through us as pass-through. The $225 you pay us is one-time deployment labor — license fee is separate and recurring.
Do I need this if I'm on Bronze?
Bronze includes monitoring but not EDR. If you handle PII, PHI, or sensitive financial data, you almost certainly need EDR. The Silver tier bundles EDR monitoring into the monthly fee — Bronze clients can add it via this SKU.
Is this the same as Microsoft Defender?
Defender is good baseline protection but its detection and response capability is meaningfully behind purpose-built EDR like SentinelOne. For regulated industries (healthcare, finance, legal) we strongly recommend EDR. For other small businesses, Defender for Business is often acceptable — we'll tell you which fits.
What about Mac?
Yes — SentinelOne supports macOS. Same $225 deployment fee. Same monthly license.
