How is the vCIO call structured?
Monthly 60-minute working session covering: ticket trends and root-cause analysis, upcoming projects and dependencies, security posture changes, budget forecast, and a rolling 12-month IT roadmap. Output is an updated written roadmap shared in your portal.
What's covered in the QBR?
Quarterly Business Review is in-person if you are in Greater Houston, video otherwise. Two hours covering: ticket and incident metrics, project status, security posture trend, vendor renewals coming due, and roadmap alignment with business goals. Owners and operators attend.
Do I get on-site visits?
Yes — Gold includes on-site visits for QBRs and for any P1/P2 issue that cannot be resolved remotely. Standard remote-first delivery applies for routine work.
What's the contract term?
Month-to-month, 30-day cancellation. Some clients elect a 12-month term for a 5-8% discount — that is optional, not required.
What if we cross 35 users?
We move to a custom-quoted enterprise tier with multi-tech assignment, dedicated account manager, and tailored SLAs. Conversation kicks off around user 32 so there is no surprise.
