Do I have to sign for managed IT after?

No. The audit is a standalone product. You get the report regardless. Many clients use it to make the case internally for managed IT — others use it as a one-time gut-check on what their current provider is or is not doing. Both are fine.

How long does it take?

About 5-7 business days from kickoff. 90-minute discovery on day 1, scanning and documentation through the week, written report delivered by end of week 2 at the latest.

Will you tell me everything that's wrong?

Yes. The report is honest — every red finding gets called out. We do not soften findings to avoid scaring you off MSP signup. You paid for the truth, we deliver it.

Is the report shareable with my team?

Yes. The report is yours to share with your leadership, your insurance carrier, your compliance auditor, or another IT provider. We do not gate the deliverable.
