SynergyIQ Solutions ("SynergyIQ," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes the information we collect from clients, prospective clients, and visitors to our website at synergyiq.net, how we use it, when we share it, and the choices you have.
SynergyIQ is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) based at 20122 Terra Hollow Lane, Richmond, TX 77407. We provide managed IT services, IT support, cybersecurity, and custom workflow automation primarily to small businesses and healthcare practices in the Greater Houston, TX area.
We may receive information about you from referral partners, publicly available business directories, and service integrations you authorize (for example, a tool you connect as part of a workflow automation project).
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances:
SMS / Mobile data. Mobile information (including phone numbers) collected as part of SMS consent and our SMS program will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Sharing with subcontractors that support our SMS program (such as our text-delivery platform) is permitted only to the extent necessary to deliver messages you have opted into. If you are a client, we may send you service-related emails and text messages about your account, support tickets, scheduled maintenance, and outages. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege permissions, and endpoint security on systems that touch client data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
For clients subject to HIPAA, SynergyIQ executes a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before we are engaged in any capacity that creates, receives, maintains, or transmits Protected Health Information (PHI). PHI is handled in accordance with the BAA and applicable HIPAA regulations, separate from and in addition to this Privacy Policy.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, meet our legal and contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Our site may link to third-party websites (for example, scheduling tools, social media, or vendor pages). We are not responsible for their privacy practices — review their policies separately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services or website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
