Four engagements. Four prices. No demo required.
Most platform vendors hide pricing behind a sales call. We publish ours. If the numbers don't work for your DME, you save the call. If they do, you save the negotiation.
The four engagements
Each engagement has a fixed scope and a published price range. Range reflects platform complexity (e.g., custom Brightree extensions vs out-of-box WellSky integration) and payer count.
Intake Validation Bot
OCR your faxed referrals, validate against Medicare LCDs and payer rules, post into Brightree / WellSky / NikoHealth with missing-element flags.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the price a range?
Two reasons. First, platform complexity — a custom Brightree extension takes more work than an out-of-box NikoHealth integration. Second, payer count — encoding rules for 3 payers takes less time than 12. We confirm the exact number in writing during scoping, before any build starts.
Why publish pricing when platform vendors don't?
Two reasons. We don't need the sales-cycle leverage that pricing-gates provide — we're a services firm, not a SaaS firm. And we'd rather you self-qualify than waste a sales call on either side.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — 50% on engagement, 50% on go-live is the default. Three-payment plans available on the full bundle.
What if my DME is on a platform you haven't mentioned?
We extend the four DME platforms listed (Brightree, WellSky TeamDME, NikoHealth, Bonafide) plus CareTend. For others, we still scope but expect 15–30% added cost for integration work.
Do you charge per-user or per-location?
No. Pricing is per engagement, not per user or per seat. Once it's built, you can roll it out to all locations and all staff without per-seat fees.
What's the Care Plan and is it required?
The Care Plan is 18% of the build fee per year. It keeps payer rules current (MCO requirements change), integrations patched (Brightree API changes), and the model tuned (denial-risk recalibration). It's optional after the 30-day stabilization period. Most DMEs keep it.
What if my DME is doing under $500K/month?
Honest answer: probably wait. The ROI math on these engagements assumes you have enough monthly volume that the staff-time recovery and denial reduction pay back the build inside 1–3 quarters. Below ~$500K/mo billables, the math gets harder. We'll tell you that on the audit call.

30 minutes. Irfan personally maps your intake → setup → resupply cycle and quantifies the leakage in dollars. You leave the call knowing which engagement (or which bundle) makes the math work.
