Free DME Leakage Audit

A 30-minute call with an operator who actually runs a DME. We map your intake → setup → resupply cycle, quantify the leakage in dollars, and tell you what to fix first. Pitch-free.

30 min  ·  live, screen-shared Irfan personally  ·  not a sales rep Written summary  ·  emailed after

What we cover

  • Your current intake flow (fax, portal, EHR) and where re-keying happens
  • Prior auth queue: who owns it, how it's tracked, where aging lives
  • Resupply cadence: which product lines, what outreach is happening, what isn't
  • Denial pattern: top 3 reasons, top 3 payers, and what's preventable upstream
  • Quick estimate of weekly leakage in dollars and staff hours
  • Which of the four engagements (if any) would pay back fastest

What you walk away with

  • A one-page written summary, emailed within 24 hours
  • An honest "do this first" recommendation — including "don't do anything" if that's the right call
  • Indicative price + timeline if an engagement makes sense
  • Zero pressure to buy anything

Who this is for

DME suppliers doing roughly $500K to $5M/month in billables, running Brightree, WellSky TeamDME, NikoHealth, Bonafide, or CareTend, with a real intake-to-setup-to-resupply cycle and at least one staff member whose job exists because the platform doesn't do it.

If you're under $500K/mo, we'll usually tell you to wait. If you're over $5M/mo, you're closer to a platform play than a custom layer. We'll tell you that too.

Request the audit

We'll reply within one business day to schedule. Information is confidential — we sign a BAA before the call if you'd like one.

No spam. No sales sequences. Just the audit.

How it actually runs

No deck. No discovery deck. No "let me bring in my solutions architect." Just a screen share with an operator.

Step 1

30-min call

Live screen-share. We walk your Brightree (or platform) the way an operator would — intake, auth queue, resupply cadence, denial reasons.

Step 2

Live quantification

We do the math live: hours of re-keying per week × hourly cost, denials per month × avg denial cost, lapsed resupply contacts × revenue per touch.

Step 3

Written summary

Within 24 hours: a one-page summary of leakage, the recommended first move, and (if relevant) which engagement would pay back fastest.

Step 4

Your call

You decide. If you want to engage, we scope. If you want to do it yourself with the summary as a guide, we'll wish you luck. No follow-up sequences either way.

Frequently asked questions

Who actually runs the call?

Irfan Mirza personally. He's Director of IT & Operations at a Houston-area DME doing $1.5–2M/month — the company in the case study. You're not getting routed to a BDR.

Is it really free, with no obligation?

Yes. The audit is a marketing investment on our end — if we do it well, you'll either hire us later or refer somebody. If we don't, we wasted our own time. Either way, no charge.

Do you sign a BAA before we share anything?

Yes if you'd like one — common request from compliance-conscious DMEs. We send a standard BAA before the call.

What if we don't want to share platform access live?

That's fine. The audit works almost as well with you describing the workflow and us asking the right questions. Screen share is faster — but optional.

How is this different from a sales call?

On a sales call, the seller's job is to qualify you for their pipeline. On this audit, the operator's job is to tell you what to fix first — even if "fix it yourself" is the honest answer.
