Providers routinely spend one to two hours a day on after-visit documentation — much of it re-keying the same lab values, vitals, and result summaries the EHR already holds electronically. That time comes straight out of patient care, reimbursement accuracy, and provider sanity.
We designed an automation that watches the lab feed, runs incoming results through a clinical-aware AI layer, and posts a clean, structured note directly into the correct EHR field — with audit trail, HIPAA-safe transport, and a human-in-the-loop review for any low-confidence case.
