Pricing Questions

What if I have more than 50,000 records?
No problem. The $997 tier covers up to 50K records. For larger datasets, we'll provide a custom quote based on volume. Most projects over 50K fall in the $1,500–$3,000 range.
Is there a contract for the monthly retainer?
No long-term contract. The Data Hygiene Pro plan is month-to-month. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Most clients stay because they see the ROI every week in their Cleanliness Score report.
What counts as a “record”?
One row in your dataset — a lead, a customer, a contact, a property. If you have a CSV with 10,000 rows, that's 10,000 records regardless of how many columns each row has.
Can I start with a one-time clean and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with the Data Rescue to clean their existing database, then upgrade to the monthly retainer to keep it clean going forward. We'll credit a portion of your one-time fee toward the first month.
